The 14th International Symposium of Integrative Zoology (ISIZ) - Second Circular

The 14th International Symposium of Integrative Zoology (ISIZ) will be held on October 22-24, 2024 in Beijing, China. The theme of this symposium is "Balancing Zoological Challenges with Sustainable Development". The symposium is mainly organized by the International Society of Zoological Sciences (ISZS).

 

The topic of the symposium will include all aspects of zoology, such as animal behavior, animal physiology, animal ecology, biological invasion, conservation biology, zoonotic diseases and environmental ethics.

This year is the 135th anniversary of the International Congress of Zoology (ICZ) and the 20thanniversary of the International Society of Zoological Sciences (ISZS). During the symposium, special celebrations are planned, in recognition of the re-establishment of ICZ and the formation of ISZS.

On behalf of the organizing committee, we warmly invite you to attend the 14th International Symposium of Integrative Zoology (ISIZ).

 

1. Time: October 22-24, 2024

 

2. City: Beijing, China

 

3. Hotel: Beijing Ya'ao International Hotel Beijing (No. A-1 Datun Road, North Beach, Chaoyang District, Beijing), The price is about 500 Chinese Yuan (approximately 70 US$) per night.

 

4. Registration fee: The symposium has no registration fee for ISZS members. To become an ISZS member, please contact Wei Zhang (email: zhw1104@hotmail.com). For non-members, the registration fee is 100 US$ per person, half for accompanying people and student.

 

5. Travel medical insurance: All invited guests and general participants should cover their own medical insurance attending the meeting.

 

6. Visa application. Attendees from outside of China should obtain their visa for China travel. We will provide a letter of invitation for registered attendees for seeking visa.

7.Funding: The organizers will cover the cost of the invited guests attending the meeting. General participants should cover their own cost attending the meeting (incl. hotel accommodation and transportation).

 

We are also pleased to invite experts to make an oral presentation in the symposium.
